FREE Yoga/Mind-Body Practice for Veterans, Military & First Responders

REMINDER: Start time is 6:30pm.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED for the Yoga offering for Veterans and First Responders on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. We are strictly enforcing this as we move forward. It is essential to us and the participants that we do not overbook the space to maintain the integrity of our intention within the offering. Capacity is 5 slots. If you are interested in attending and notice the class is filled, please get in touch with us, and we will add you to a waitlist in case of cancellations. PLEASE, only show up on the evening of the event if you have registered – our staff will ask if you’d like to get on the roster for the next class, but we will not be able to let you in.
If you are new to us in any capacity & or the movement offerings specifically, we will have a small amount of paperwork that must be completed before you are able to participate. Please arrive 10-15 min before class to allow for enough time to get that completed.
ALL PARTICIPANTS – Most evenings our practitioners have private treatments running until 6pm, If you do not have to fill out any paperwork, please arrive within 5-10min of class start time. If you arrive early, please be mindful of the space and hang out quietly in the lobby until invited back into the community space for class.
In addition to the FREE NADA/Battlefield Acupuncture clinics we currently host, The COLLECTIVE’s own Sara Schmidt RN, RYT-200, will lead FREE trauma-informed yoga clinics for Veterans and Active Duty military in the area. These physical mind-body practices will be held on the FIRST & THIRD THURSDAY of the month! These clinics are an excellent addition to our program and accessible to all skill levels – no experience or supplies are necessary.
